I am so glad that you are here!

My favourite part of the job I get to do is YOU - hearing your stories; helping you to see your innate worth and advocating for you.

These emails are going to be my way of connecting with you near and far; a way for me to share my reflections, thoughts, guidance and at times ramblings on my 2 great work loves.

My two great loves are helping couples learn and love - communicate and connect, restore trust and commitment.

The second is coming alongside those who have been through painful religious experiences, experienced spiritual abuse or are on a journey of wrestling and deconstructing their faith. Religious Trauma is real and freedom and healing is possible.

Reformation: Your Religious Trauma Support Group

I am so excited to share that my friend and fellow therapist Jane Kennedy and I are launching a support group for those who are searching for freedom and healing through collective and shared experiences.

It will be a monthly group - on a first in basis; online and open to those in Australia and New Zealand.

We hope it is a place where voices are heard and believed, stories shared and healing happens.
